How to Submit an Editorial

Email your complete editorial to editorials at evannalynchfans dot com, either paste it directly in the email or as an attachment. Please send one editorial per email, so we don’t miss any ideas!

Rules and Regulations:

- Your editorial must include Luna, or theories about Luna.

- Please include your name and the title of your editorial

- Make sure your piece is ready for publication before you send it. It will be difficult to revise an article once it’s been posted.

- Let us know what the editorial is about, either in the subject of the email or in a short paragraph in the text describing your idea.

- Content: Make sure your content is fairly family friendly. People of all ages are going to be able to read what you write!

Writing Tips:

- Grammar is very important. If it’s hard to understand or we can’t read it, chances are it won’t be posted.

- When citing quotes; include the page number, name and edition of the book you are quoting from.

- Use the same wording/phrases used in the book, make sure the spelling and capitalization is the same as the book's (example: Marauder's Map, Quidditch).

- Take your time. If you are suddenly overcome with an original idea, and you quickly write it up and send it to us, spelling or grammar problems are easily left unchanged. Look for evidence in the books that support your idea, research your topic, and don’t rush! Chances are you will still be the only one with that idea tomorrow.
