Why Luna?
Arther: There are so many reasons that I like Luna that I just don't know
where to start. Well, for one thing, her Quibbler stories are really
funny because they are so rediculus! I also like her dreamyness
because it makes her even stranger, if that is possible! Another
thing that I like about Luna is how she believes in all of these
extraordinary things and she doesn't care what other people think
and she seems to have this whole other side to her that we, the
readers, don't even know about! Those are some of the reasons that
I like Luna!
Syeira: Luna has been my favorite character from the moment she was introduced
reading the Quibbler upside down! What I love most about her are the
weird things she says, and all those weird creatures her father tell
her about. They really add humor to the books. She doesn't seem to
care what other people think about her, just goes about being nice (
if weird!) to everyone and willing to be friends with anyone. She's
just such a cool character!
Chelsea: I have been reading Harry Potter for a few years now and ever since first reading the fifth book Luna Lovegood has been my favorite character. I'm like Luna in a few ways too. I don't always fit in with other people, (mostly because I'm homeschooled and they treat me like I'm different), I don't care what other people think of me, and I speak my mind. When I saw a picture of Evanna Lynch I thought and still think that she is perfect for Luna. I'm sure she'll do great in the movies and I can't wait to see her acting. I think it's wonderful that she was just a regular fan and ended up an actress.
Laura: I love Luna because she is the first blonde in the Harry Potter books
I had ever read about and since I am a blonde too I try to relate
myself to other blondes.I also like Luna because she is very open and
she shares everything she knows, thinks and feels and she is also
weird in a way, just like me! I think weird people are cool.
